Celebrate National Dog Day on August 26th!

This National Dog Day, we’re highlighting how advanced NIR spectroscopy helps pet food manufacturers create consistent, high-quality products for the animals we love.

The ChemWiz-ADK™ Pet Food Analyzer combines powerful handheld NIR technology with dedicated software calibration packages to help improve quality control throughout the pet food manufacturing process. By analyzing key parameters such as protein, fat, moisture, and ash in raw ingredients and finished pet food blends, manufacturers can optimize production, reduce waste, and deliver reliable nutrition in every batch.

The ChemWiz-ADK-PF (Pet Food) can be configured for handheld, process-line, laboratory, or rugged field applications, making it easy to move between production environments and quality control labs. Its fast, non-destructive analysis provides results in just seconds per scan, helping manufacturers make quicker decisions while maintaining product consistency.

Starter Pet Food Kibble Blend Packages

Included with your system is our starter Pet Food Kibble Blend Calibration. This calibration model predicts fat, moisture, protein and ash in a typical pet food kibble blend. The calibrations were generated using over 30 different kibble blend samples varying in composition and has an estimated error of prediction less than +/-1% when measuring similar samples. It is the perfect calibration to get you up and running measuring composition of kibble blend samples.

Additionally, the system includes a starter Chicken Feed Calibration. These calibration models predicts fat, moisture, protein, and ash in these feed samples. The calibrations were generated using over 30 different samples varying in composition and have an estimated error of prediction less than +/-1% when measuring similar samples. It is the perfect calibration to get you up and running measuring composition of chicken feed. 

ChemWiz-ADK Analyzer

Fun Fact: Maggie was rescued from the wilds of north Florida. Her favorite treat is purple skittles, and she can speak using buttons with recorded messages! She is also the StellarNet office greeter on Thursdays!

Fun Fact: Miki's in the World Record Book for Fastest Potty Break! It's probably due to the fact he gets "t-r-e-a-t-s" after he goes!

Fun Fact: Despite huskies being known as escape artists, Donut's back legs are too short to jump over anything!

Fun Fact: From a litter where only 2 out of 5 survived through their birth, Emoji was born deaf. Being deaf doesn't stop her from socializing with animals and humans! She's not excited about playing fetch, but she sure loves tug-of-war!

Fun Fact: Ramsch got to spend part of his puppy life in the StellarNet office until he was ready to be at home alone! He was such a hard-working employee!
