If your system was also calibrated for radiometric measurements, then it has had an one of our intensity calibration services. We offer irradiance (W/m^2), radiance (W/m^2/sr), or radiant flux (W).
What does x-axis re-calibration service include?

✔ detector analysis (hot pixel, baseline, photodegradation, dust/debri or contamination)
✔ evaluation of optical bench (slit, filters, stray light and sensitivity performance)
✔ x-axis (wavelength) recalibration to traceable standards
What does a y-axis intensity re-calibration service include?
✔ connectivity and data transfer evaluation
✔ detector analysis (hot pixel, baseline, photodegradation, dust/debri or contamination)
✔ evaluation of optical bench (slit, filters, stray light and sensitivity performance)
✔ x-axis (wavelength) recalibration to traceable standards
✔ y-axis calibrations to NIST traceable standard lamps.
Consider adding capability with different y-axis calibration types irradiance (W/m^2), radiance (W/m^2/sr), or radiant flux (W). Low light calibrations are also available.
Typical calibration turnaround is 1-2 weeks with RUSH services available.

If there is a larger issue our technical team can easily evaluate and provide you with a repair estimate.
Radiometric Re-Calibration
If your instrument is used for absolute intensity measurements, radiometric calibration is critical. Detector responsivity changes, optical fiber aging or cracking, cosine corrector degradation, and optical contamination can all introduce radiometric drift. Without Re-Calibration, intensity measurements may no longer represent true physical units — compromising data integrity and traceability. Or perhaps you’d like to add additional capability. While your spectrometer is in the shop consider irradiance, radiance, radiant flux or low light level calibrations.
