Portable NIR spectrometer for 0.9-2.5um range with 512 element cooled photo diode array (PDA). Pixels are 25um wide x 250um tall. The detector array will have < 1% non-adjacent pixel defects (corrected by software) and includes an integrated 2 stage thermo electric cooler (TEC) set for operation at -15°C.
An integrated 16 bit digitizer provides 1ms spectral data and incorporates correlated double sampling to produce a signal-to-noise of 400:1.
Standard slit size is 25um to match pixel width and provides 16nm resolving resolution. The system includes a spectrometer user manual, and SpectraWiz software with training videos.
